Step 2: Lodge Police Report
By law, it should be done within 24 hours. You will be given an acknowledgment slip upon making the report. Keep the slip with you.

Steps 3 : Bring Your Vehicle to the Nearest Kurnia
Express Service Center
And bring along the following documents:
- copy of vehicle registration card
- identity card and driving license of the vehicle owner
- identity card and driving license of the driver (if he/she is
not the owner)
- police report slip

WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind after receiving the claim payment, or if you're unable to find a workshop to repair your vehicle within the approved amount, you may return the money within 7 days and will arrange to have your claims processed and your vehicle repaired in the normal way.
